All of us enjoy beautiful colors of autumn leaves, but have you ever wondered how and why this happens? We all know that leaves contain chlorophyll – giving them their green-color but why do they change from green to the palette of colors we see in the fall? The change in leave’s color contains a mystery of plant pigments and chemistry involved in it. This presentation will focus on this chemical process.
